Kullanım Koşulları
Skedd'i indirerek ya da kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulama App Store üzerinden dağıtıldığı için Apple'ın Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir; bu koşullarla çelişen bir nokta olursa o sözleşme esas alınır.
Hizmet
Skedd, girdiğin role ve mülakat tarihine göre günlük bir hazırlık planı ve yapay zekâ ile üretilmiş dersler, sorular ve açıklamalar sunar. Plan derslerine erişim Skedd Pro gerektirir.
Yapay zekâ içeriği
Dersler ve sorular yapay zekâ ile otomatik olarak üretilir. Hatalı, eksik ya da güncel olmayan bilgiler içerebilir; önemli konuları başka kaynaklardan da doğrula. Skedd bir hazırlık aracıdır ve herhangi bir mülakat ya da işe alım sonucunu garanti etmez.
Skedd Pro ve abonelikler
- Skedd Pro haftalık ya da aylık otomatik yenilenen abonelik veya tek seferlik ömür boyu satın alma olarak sunulur. Fiyatlar satın alma ekranında, ülkene göre gösterilir.
- Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında Apple hesabından alınır.
- Abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve fiyatla otomatik olarak yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
- Aboneliğini cihazındaki Ayarlar > Apple Kimliği > Abonelikler bölümünden ya da uygulamada Profil > Skedd Pro ekranından yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsin. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
- İadeler Apple'ın politikalarına tabidir ve Apple üzerinden talep edilir.
- Satın alımlarını aynı Apple hesabıyla "Geri yükle" seçeneğiyle geri yükleyebilirsin.
Kullanım kuralları
Uygulamayı yasalara uygun şekilde ve kişisel hazırlığın için kullanırsın. Hizmeti tersine mühendislikle çözmeye, otomatik araçlarla sunucularımıza aşırı yük bindirmeye ya da üretilen içeriği toplu olarak toplayıp yeniden satmaya çalışmamalısın.
Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama, tasarımı ve markası Skedd'e aittir. Sana üretilen dersleri kişisel hazırlığın için serbestçe kullanabilirsin.
Sorumluluğun sınırı
Skedd "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz; sorumluluğumuz her durumda son 12 ayda Skedd için ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır.
Değişiklikler ve fesih
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; güncel hâli bu sayfada tarihiyle yayımlanır. Uygulamayı kullanmayı istediğin zaman bırakabilirsin.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici olarak ikamet ettiğin ülkenin emredici hükümlerinden doğan hakların saklıdır.

By downloading or using Skedd you agree to these terms. Because the app is distributed through the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and prevails where the two conflict.
The service
Skedd builds a daily preparation plan for your role and interview date, with lessons, questions and explanations generated by AI. Access to the plan's lessons requires Skedd Pro.
AI-generated content
Lessons and questions are generated automatically with AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date; verify important points with other sources. Skedd is a preparation tool and does not guarantee any interview or hiring outcome.
Skedd Pro and subscriptions
- Skedd Pro is offered as a weekly or monthly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown on the purchase screen for your country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device, or from Profile > Skedd Pro in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's policies and are requested through Apple.
- You can restore purchases on the same Apple ID with "Restore".
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and for your own preparation. Do not reverse-engineer the service, overload our servers with automated tools, or harvest and resell generated content.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and brand belong to Skedd. You may freely use the lessons generated for you for your own preparation.
Limitation of liability
Skedd is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app, and our liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid for Skedd in the past 12 months.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page with its date. You may stop using the app at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
